Michal Piloušek sr. is the first ever Czech athlete to compete in both Ironman and XTERRA World Champs in 1999.
He was the pioneer of Czech Ironman racing (7x Kona in row 1994-2000), first ever XTERRA PRO from Czech Republic. Best results: 37th overall in Kona (1999 9:09:10) and 14th XTERRA World Champs (2000). Since 2005 personal coach with A class license, specialized in long distance and cross triathlons.
