XTERRA CZECH 2022

XTERRA Czech Republic is the oldest race in Europe, this year as part of XTERRA European and Global tours. XTERRA Czech race is well known because of unique mix of race center in woderful historical town of Prachatice and race course in the middle of Sumava mountains.

SCHEDULE

WHAT IS XTERRA CZECH?

Swim in a beautiful Kristanovicky Lake, bike through Sumava national Park and run in the historical renaissance center in the city of Prachatice and in forest above.

You can choose from the main race (1.5K swim – 35K bike – 10.5K run), Sprint race (0.3K swim – 14K bike – 5.25K run) or Relays (three members teams). There will be Kids races and whole fun park for children as well. This race attracts the best professional athletes from all around the globe. Hundreds of athletes will be cheered by thousands of fans all around the race course. XTERRA Czech is well known for big rock shows, afterparties and race center full of crowd and athletes. Join us for 2022 edition.

This is the main race of the weekend. The status of the race is XTERRA European tour race, Global Tour race and XTERRA Czech Championship. You don´t need any license or qualification, everyone can stand at the startline next to the world champions! This race course is well known for its vertisality. Challenging singletracks are well combined with fast fire roads. There is a unique part of the course in the middle of Prachatice rennaissaince historical city center.

New XTERRA race concept called ShortTrack had the world premiere in Prachatice back in 2019. TOP 30 best competitors from Saturday races will have chance to try unique ShortTrack course around Kristanovicky Lake. This race is fast and furious, great to watch even better to race! ShortTrack will be live streamed worldwide.

The best chance to try XTERRA! Each part of the race was shortened to make an ideal race for XTERRA beginners. Despite of easy and short course, you can still enjoy signature spots of the Championship race course including transition and finish in the historical Prachatice downtown. TOP young athletes will have a chance to qualify for ShortTrack final from this race!
